Due to the high number of orders placed in error, orders that did not fix the problem, or orders no longer needed, we have changed our return policy.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:
Orders placed in error
Orders no longer needed
Orders that did not fix your PC
Order customers do not know how to use
Orders installed or attempted to be installed by an inexperienced tech
Shipping is paid for by the customer on return orders, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused shipments are not accepted for refunds, they are considered buyer error.
If you shipment is damaged we need pictures of the product and the box so we can file a claim. If you just send back the item you will not receive credit.
Please do not order unless you are 100% sure you need the part.
