Any product received damaged or not as described will be replaced if we are contacted first and you use our RMA process. Please do not ship back without prior notice, or the return will not be processed.
If the product is damaged in any way we require photos for the shipping claim. If you receive a damaged product, please do not immediately ship back. Please provide the proper information for us to file a shipping claim and we will replace the product.
If the product is damaged (internally or externally) by the customer they will not receive an exchange or refund. All products returned are fully tested before replacements or refunds are processed.
